8. Once an order has been processed delivery fees are non refundable.

10. All prices quoted are inclusive of Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).
11. The site must only be used for lawful purposes and in a lawful manner. When ordering you are the purchaser of the goods and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. It is your responsibility to investigate and ensure that you can lawfully purchase the goods you order.
12. In cases where a product is out of stock, but is available in another colour, the replacement colour may be shipped unless otherwise stated in the Additional Imformation section by the customer during the checkout process.

All items shown on this website are available for purchase, but from time to time may become unavailable. If there are any problems in fulfilling your order, we will contact you by your nominated email and/or phone number to let you know.

How To Order                                  3

Online by Credit Card or PayPal:

Step 1
Simply browse or search our site to find the products you are interested in. Add them to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button (don't worry, you can always remove them later if you change your mind). When you add an item to your cart you will be taken to the shopping cart page, which shows you what is in your cart. From this page, you may continue shopping, or proceed with your purchase by clicking on the "Checkout" button.

Step 2
Once you are ready to make a purchase, click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button on the shopping cart page. No enter your name and the address details that we require to process your order. Once you have filled in all your details on this page, click the "Continue" button.

Step 3
The final screen in the checkout process is the payment details page. Here you can check over your order and edit your delivery details if they are incorrect. Once you are happy that all details are correct, simply enter your payment option and click only once on the "Process Order" button. You can rest assured that all your information is encrypted for safe transmission.

You will now be directed to the order confirmation page. An email will also be sent to you confirming receipt of your order. If you do not received this email within a few minutes chances are there has been an issue with the email address you have provided. If you do not receive this email it does not mean that your order was not processed, more likely that there was an issue with your nominated email address. If you need to confirm that an order has been received please send and email to contact@afterdarktoys.com.au

If your chosen method of payment was;

"Credit Card" your card will be charged and your order shipped ASAP, unless there was an issue with the card details you supplied. If there are any problems processing your credit card we will contact you via phone, email and/or sms to try to fix the issue. In most cases this can be easily fixed by confirming the details with you. The majority of errors we receive are for incorrect numbers or expiry dates, so it’s a good idea to double check your numbers before submitting your order.

"PayPal" you will need to follow the appropriate link on the order confirmation page OR from the email you receive to complete your payment. Orders will not be shipped until payment has been confirmed, which can take a couple of days depending on your financial institution. PayPal payments will usually be received immediately.

Delivery                                                4

We offer fast, inexpensive and discreet delivery through the Australia Post, Australia Express Post, and for certain products Overseas Post networks. Your order will be delivered in discreet, secure and safe packaging with supplier details as A.D.T. The packaging will contain no reference to the products contained within. You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped. Products too large to be shipped via Express Post will be shipped using Australian Registered Post.

Delivery Cost:
The small additional delivery cost will be calculated during the purchasing of your product at the checkout process. The cost will be accurately calculated based on the weight of the product, your location, and your choice of postal network. You may choose to calculate the cost of the shipping before you make a purchase by adding it to the shopping cart and clicking on the 'Calculate Shipping' link.

Places We Deliver:
Our website is designed to accept orders from all over the world.

Delivery Time Expectance:
Once your order has been processed (allow 24 business hours) it will arrive next business day within the Australia Post Express Network. Areas outside of this network can expect delivery within 2-3 days.

If your not at home during delivery:
If there is no one to accept delivery, your package will be taken to the nearest Australia Post Office. A card will be left allowing you to collect your delivery at your convenience.

Checking the status of your order:
If you need to check on the status of your order, please email contact@afterdarktoys.com.au (be sure to include your order reference number in your email).

What happens if the order cannot be processed with 24 business hours?
If your order is going to take longer than 24 business hours to process, for example your item is not in stock, you will contacted by phone and/or email, asking you to respond with one of the following options:

1.      I accept the new delivery date and wish to continue with my order

2.      I wish to change my order to a similar product. (a list similar products will be advised in the email)

3.      I do not wish to continue with my order

Our secure shopping system incorporates an industry standard 128bit SSL security system with a secure server that enables the processing of the payment to be protected by the latest in hardware firewall technology. This ensures your private information is kept private throughout the payment process.

We are committed to the protection of your personal information. Any information we collect from you is used only to fulfill your order and enhance your shopping experience. When making a purchase we gather your name, email address, payment details and physical address, which are all used to process your order. We do not sell, trade or rent user information to anyone.

You will never receive un-solicited or unwanted email from us.

Will you be contacted?
You will receive an email confirming placement of your order and another one confirming your order has been sent.

If your order, for whatever reason, cannot be shipped within 24 hours, you will receive a second email providing you with further options. You may also recieve an SMS (if your order contains a mobile number) notifying you that there is a problem and for you to check your email or to call us.

If your order does not contain enough information (eg address details) for us to complete it, you will be contacted via email/SMS to obtain the information required.

We may contact you and pass on your details to third-parties if we believe you have violated the terms and conditions associated with using our website, or we believe you to be involved in activities harmful to EUCORP or other users of our website.

On the event of a cardholder dispute and a chargeback is marked pending by the issuing bank all order details WILL be sent to the investigating bank to settle the matter. If the card is deemed to be used fraudulently all details will be passed onto the correct authorities.

Returns                                               7

After Dark Toys does not offer a satisfaction guarantee, however we do aim to maintain customer confidence through our high level of customer service. We offer a 10 day REPLACEMENT warranty for products with manufacturing faults. The customer is responsible for the postage costs of returning the faulty product to us. When returning faulty products the customer MUST include all original packaging if possible.

We treat our refunds/returns on a case by case basis. Upon receipt of the returned product it will be examined and if deemed to have a genuine manufacturing fault you will be offered a replacement. Once a product has been used it becomes ineligible for refund or exchange. Please note the postage cost is not refundable once the parcel has left our warehouse.

Before you send back any product you MUST contact us at contact@afterdarktoys.com.au and inform us in detail of the problem you are having with your product. Failure to comply with this may result in time delays and you product being returned.

Because of the personal nature of our products an exchange service is not available. Please choose carefully before you buy as only items which are found to be faulty will be replaced.

We would also ask you to perform a few simple checks as often a simple solution will solve your problems.

·         Make sure you have the batteries in correctly (this is the most common cause of malfunction).
We recommend Heavy Duty non Alkaline Batteries.

·         Make sure the cap is tightly closed (especially for waterproof products).

·         Check battery contacts, springs can sometimes compress (extend them a little).
